Who is training for?
This training is for instructors and facilities looking to add a meaningful format, sober individuals who want to build community, and counselors, social workers, recovery advocates, and community health leaders who want to integrate the mind–body benefits of movement into their programs. No prior group fitness experience is required, though a Barre Above or other certification is strongly encouraged. Have a specific question? Reach out!
