By accessing or using therecoverybarre.org (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use this Site. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Site.
2. About The Recovery Barre
The Recovery Barre is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization registered in the state of Michigan (EIN: 39-3110864). The Site is provided for informational and community-building purposes only. Nothing on this Site constitutes medical, clinical, mental health, or legal advice. The Recovery Barre is not a treatment program, clinical service, or 12-step program. Our programming is a wellness and community resource intended to complement — not replace — professional treatment, counseling, or recovery support services.
3. Not a Clinical or Crisis Resource
The Recovery Barre provides a community-based wellness program. We are not equipped to respond to mental health crises, medical emergencies, or situations requiring immediate intervention. If you or someone you know is in crisis, please contact the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline (call or text 988) or your local emergency services.
4. User Conduct

-
Use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms
-
Refrain from submitting content that is harmful, harassing, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate
-
Respect the privacy and dignity of all community members, consistent with The Recovery Barre's Community Agreements
-
Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its related systems
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, images, graphics, logos, class materials, program descriptions, and the Recovery Barre name and branding — is the property of The Recovery Barre and/or its respective rights holders and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. The Certified Instructor Guide and related training materials are © 2026 Fit Pro Programming LLC and The Recovery Barre. All rights reserved. Creation of derivative works is prohibited. 7. Third-Party Links and Platforms
This Site may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, or resources (such as registration tools, partner organizations, or social media). These links are provided for convenience only. The Recovery Barre does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of any third-party sites.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Recovery Barre, its founder, board members, officers, volunteers, employees, and affiliated parties shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of goodwill, or personal injury — arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of this Site, any content or information obtained through the Site, or your reliance on any materials published here. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory asserted and even if The Recovery Barre has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Because some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, our liability in those jurisdictions shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Michigan law or applicable federal law.
