Who is training for?

This training is ideal for fitness instructors, studios, or facilities looking to add a meaningful, community-driven format; sober individuals who want to build connection and support; and counselors, social workers, recovery advocates, and community health leaders seeking to integrate the mind–body benefits of movement into their programs. No prior group fitness experience is required, though a Barre Above or additional certification is highly beneficial.
