The Recovery Barre is building something new—and you’re invited to be part of it.

We’re looking for passionate change makers and welcoming spaces to help lay the foundation for a movement that’s truly transformative.

Whether you feel called to lead or to open your doors as a space for healing and connection, this is your chance to shape the beginning. Together, we can create safe, joyful communities where movement and recovery meet.

Sober participants in recovery take part in The Recovery Barre class, performing a beginner-friendly barre move that builds strength and stability while fostering confidence, joy, and connection in sobriety.

Join our inaugural training on January 31st, 2026 to launch a meeting in your community.

Reach out to learn when a certified instructor is available in your area, host a training at no cost to your facility, or partner with us to build new sober spaces that expand access to wellness and recovery.
